Each of our Account Executives handles a portfolio of five to seven buildings, with a dedicated assistant.
How often would our manager visit the building?
Your Account Executive will visit as often as needed, but not less than once each week.

We strive to be pro-active, and to share our expertise with our clients. We suggest a course of action, back up those recommendations with solid reasons, and encourage our Boards to be Decision-Makers.We are flexible in our approach to meet the specific needs of our clients.

How many buildings do you manage?
Our portfolio consists of approximately 75 properties, with over 7000 apartments and more than 700 building employees. Our properties range in size from a seven-unit townhouse to a 370-unit high-rise.
How do you handle after-hours emergencies?
Our emergency hotline is staffed 24 hours a day seven days a week, and one of our Account Executives will respond immediately.
What type of financial reporting do you provide?
We customize our reports to make them easy for boards to read, understand and utilize.
