Make a Payment
We are pleased to offer the convenience of online payment with ClickPay to all residents in buildings managed by Gumley Haft. When you register for an account on ClickPay, monthly charges may be paid online every month or you may set up a pre-scheduled automatic debit/ACH.
Alternatively, you may continue to pay by check and mail your payments.
How do I register on ClickPay for Online Payments?
To register a New User account for online payment with ClickPay, simply click:
- Create your profile and add your apartment using your Account Number, which is located on the upper right on your Billing Statement.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Electronic payment from a checking account is free. Payment via all major credit cards will incur a fee.
- Auto-Debit/ACH Program: You may set up automatic recurring payments from a checking account. The debit will be listed on your bank statement in the corporate name of the property, such as: Building Address Owners Corp.
To change or edit your method of payment for Auto-Debit/ACH payments, go to your account page, or contact ClickPay Customer Service, which is open 24/7 via chat, phone, and email. See below for contact information.
In your checking account, please update your list of Payees for Online Bill Pay with the Mailing Address, shown below. This is only needed for recurring auto-payments.
One-Time Payments:
You may also make one-time payments online for free from a checking account when your charges are due. ClickPay will send you email reminders, if you schedule them. Payments from all major credit cards incur a fee.
Mail-In Payments: Address
If you prefer to mail a check to pay your bill, you may do so. Please use the address below. Also use this address to update your Payee list, if you choose to pay monthly charges with Online Bill Pay through your checking account.

Checks should be made payable to the entity listed on your Billing Statement. Please be sure to include the bottom remittance portion of your bill along with your payment.
Please remember to write your Account Number in the Notes section of your check.
